Most coaching programs hand you a meal plan, a generic workout split, and a prayer. The Metabolic Multiplier Method is not a plan. It's an operating system built specifically for your body. We calibrate first. We figure out what's actually true about your metabolism, your hormones, your training history. We don't pick a protocol and try to fit your body to it. We look at your body first and build the protocol around what we see.
You also don't get one coach. You get two. A dedicated coach working with you daily, plus strategic reviews with me personally, where I look at your data and adjust the plan. Most online coaching is a PDF and a group chat. This isn't.
And the science is real. I spent 13 years in an immunogenetics research lab before I started coaching. When I tell you something about your body, I'm not repeating what I heard on a podcast.

Your training is in the app. Three to four strength sessions a week, most of them 45 minutes to an hour. Your nutrition strategy is built around your real life, not a meal plan. Tracking takes a few minutes a day.
